At the beginning of 2012, "COSLPIONEER", China's first semi-submersible drilling rig built by the Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CIMC Raffles") has explored oil for the Norway Statoil in the south of Norway, near Gullfaks.

The "COSLPIONEER" is specially developed for Norway and shipped there on October 26, 2011 to serve the Norway Statoil.

This March, the "CIMC Raffles" will take part in the cippe2012, world's largest petroleum exhibition to display its semi-submersible drilling rig and visitors can go to Booth W1450 for detail information.
