Hao Tian Resources Group said it has secured 20 years gas supply agreement for the supply of industrial gas to the company’s liquefied natural gas processing plant, with a projected annual processing capacity of 400,000 tons, to be constructed in the Kuche Economic and Technology Development Zone in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China.
The company and Kuche Hao Tai Gas Pipeline will enter into separate annual sales contract on normal commercial terms, the company said in a statement.
Hao Tian Resources has completed the government examination of the feasibility study report for construction of the LNG processing plant.
The construction of the LNG processing plant will commence after obtaining all the necessary governmental approvals, the company added.
